We purchased these as a gift in June. They showed up a melted mess in a big ball. We even purchased the extra bag that they suggested to keep them from melting for an extra $7 something.
Hi, David, We are so sorry that the heat sensitive precautions didn't protect your chocolates from melting . We have refunded the chocolate items, the add’l heat protection and part of the shipping. We would have corrected this much earlier had we known there was an issue. We will be reviewing our heat sensitive packaging to better combat the excessive temperatures in delivery trucks. We hope that you will try our chocolates again when cooler weather arrives.
