If you have a problem with your order, then please, please, please contact us immediately!! We strive to make sure that every customer is happy with their purchase. All concerns are handled on a case-by-case basis for personalized service, so please let us know what the situation is and we will work out details to resolve the issue, which may include an exchange, partial credits, or a potential return*.

Because of the perishable nature of our food products, we ask that you contact us within one week of order delivery so that we can deal with any problems immediately, ensuring they do not become bigger problems.
Heat Sensitive Products:
Please note that during warmer months, purchasing Heat Sensitive products for shipment is NOT recommended as they are subject to melting. (Purchasing for local pickup is fine.) While you may add Heat Sensitive Packing to your order to assist with cooling, there is no guarantee that no melting will take place due to the high temperatures in transit and delivery vehicles. We do NOT offer exchanges or refunds for products that arrive in a melted state.
In addition, we cannot refund, replace, or credit any items you ordered simply because you didn't end up liking them.
