It was a Thank you gift for a friend. He really loves it.
I ordered Mountain Man on Monday. It wasn't delivered until the following Tuesday. Also, I wasn't able to get chocolate, they said it might melt in delivery. I have ordered chocolate in the past at this very time of year.

Thank you for your recent order and for your feedback regarding it.
In reviewing the shipping timeline, we see that your order should have been delivered on Monday, but it was misrouted by UPS which added an extra day. However, we also noticed that there was a one day delay in shipping, and for that we sincerely apologize. Please see your email for a personal message.
As far as not being able to order chocolates, we certainly apologize for the inconvenience. However, the warm temperatures seem to have arrived early this year and unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that chocolate won’t arrive in a melted state. With this in mind, we do not ship chocolates during the warm months to ensure our customers are not disappointed by receiving melted treats.
