Heat Sensitive Items

Some of our items are heat sensitive and they will melt during shipping without heat protective packaging. We strongly recommend adding heat protective packaging to items such as chocolates, yogurts, and some gummies during the warmer months of the year. If no heat sensitive packaging is added at checkout we are not responsible for the melted items. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information about shipping.
