Heat Sensitive Packing
While our warehouse is climate controlled, transit and delivery vehicles are not. (Nor is the area where your delivery driver will likely be leaving your package.) With that in mind, we offer Heat Sensitive Packing (protective wrap or styrofoam case and an ice gelpak) which will add cooling to your order, but understand that it is not guaranteed to stop products from melting and melted product is NOT a valid damage claim. As such, please choose wisely when ordering products for shipment during warm weather months.
NOTE: Only one Heat Sensitive Packing needed per order.

*Allergy Info: Food items are packaged in a facility that processes peanuts, treenuts (including cashews, almonds, hazelnuts), milk, soy, egg, and wheat. We clean and wash our packaging lines thoroughly between each product run as well as test for allergens between each product switch.

Kept my chocolate from melting!
Seems to work well but it also seems a bit pricey for it’s function. I would only use this on the 90-110 degree days of summer!

Somehow we missed seeing your review. If we had known that the heat sensitive shipping did not hold up and that your product was melted, we would have taken care of this much sooner. We have taken care of this privately, and hope that you will try again when the weather is cooler.
