This was a gift, so can’t speak to the content, but it took a surprisingly long time to arrive. Also, the website did not give an estimated delivery date. This was a gift for a family as they were going through a funeral, and now the funeral has passed, family has left, and the basket is just arriving today.

Regarding the delivery timeframe: Your order was processed and shipped on Monday, August 25th - the very next business day after you placed it on Friday. The delivery took place on Tuesday, September 2nd. While I understand this felt longer than expected, there were a couple of factors that contributed to the timeline:
• Monday, September 1st was Labor Day, a federal holiday when USPS doesn't deliver
• You selected USPS Ground Advantage shipping, which typically takes 4-5 business days from Colorado to New Hampshire.
Regarding delivery date visibility: I want to clarify that estimated delivery timeframes were displayed during checkout when you selected your shipping method. However, I understand this information may not have been as prominent as it could have been, and I apologize if it wasn't clear enough.
I want to acknowledge that you had the option to choose Priority Mail for faster delivery, and I understand the frustration when expectations don't align with the actual experience. Your feedback helps us improve our communication about shipping options and delivery expectations.
