I am so sorry your chocolate covered peanuts arrived in a melted state. Our records show that your order should have been delivered by UPS on Friday, September 27, but I see that for some reason, they did not deliver it until Monday, resulting in an extra 3 days in their hot vehicles/facilities.
We have refunded all of your protective shipping and the cost of the chocolate peanuts. We hope that you will shop with us again when temperatures cool off.
