Chocolate Covered Pecans

Tina,
Thank you for your recent order and for your feedback regarding the Chocolate Covered Pecans. We take freshness very seriously so we had our Quality Assurance staff look into your concern. After review, the batch lot for your order was created in our chocolate kitchen within the last two months and our staff found them to be fresh. As such, we are unsure why your particular bag didn’t seem fresh to you, but we appreciate your feedback and request that you check your email for a personal note.

Again, thank you for your order and for your feedback. We appreciate your business and the opportunity to be of service. Have a great day!

Dear, Mr. Reginald,
Somehow we missed seeing your review. If we had known that the heat sensitive shipping did not hold up and that your product was melted, we would have taken care of this much sooner. We have taken care of this privately, and hope that you will try again when the weather is cooler.

Sincerely,
Order Team @ Mtn Man
