While our warehouse is climate controlled, transit and delivery vehicles are not. (Nor is the area where your delivery driver will likely be leaving your package.) With that in mind, we offer Heat Sensitive Packing (protective wrap or Styrofoam case and an ice gel pack) which will add cooling to your order, but understand that it is not guaranteed to stop products from melting. Melted product is NOT a valid damage claim and will not be refunded. As such, please choose wisely when ordering products for shipment during warm weather months.
NOTE:
- Only one Heat Sensitive Packing needed per order.
- We will stop shipping chocolates as temperatures rise and will begin to ship them again once temperatures cool. Exact timing will vary from year to year based on actual weather conditions.

*Allergy Info: Food items are packaged in a facility that processes peanuts, treenuts (including cashews, almonds, hazelnuts), milk, soy, egg, and wheat. We clean and wash our packaging lines thoroughly between each product run as well as test for allergens between each product switch.

Always a great product, give them as gifts. Packaging is some what spotty. Bags have a tendency to separate during shipment and spill out.

Kept my chocolate from melting!
Seems to work well but it also seems a bit pricey for it’s function. I would only use this on the 90-110 degree days of summer!
