Great Product-Bad Service

We love the products that Mountain Man sales but this last purchase that was made was not what we expected from the company. Placed our order on the 5th of October said it was in stock. Called on the 6th and their representative told me the order would be ready by the 7th which was strange. The 7th and nothing and on the 8th they contacted me and said these were delayed because they were out of stock. I’ve never heard of a warehouse being out of stock. They told me that they are getting my product purchase from the Elizabeth store and I could pick it up on the 9th by 8:00 am from the warehouse in Parker. This was a very disappointing purchase from this facility.

You're correct that we showed the items as in stock when you ordered on October 5th. We require 24-48 hrs. to fulfill orders, as stated on our website. We have been transitioning to new warehouse systems, and coupled with the overwhelming response to our weekend promotion, meant the malt balls sold faster than our system could update. By the time we went to pull your order, we had to source from our Elizabeth location to fulfill it so that you could get your maltballs sooner. Warehouses do run out of bagged inventory from time to time.
We understand how disappointing it was to receive conflicting information and experience delays, especially when you were counting on us. This isn't the level of service we strive for, and we're working to ensure our inventory systems stay accurate going forward.
We truly appreciate your loyalty to our products and hope you'll give us another opportunity to provide the seamless experience you deserve and have experienced in the past.
