We do send both 'out for delivery' and 'delivered' email notifications to help customers retrieve orders promptly — especially important for chocolate and other heat-sensitive items. It's also worth knowing that USPS typically delivers to cluster mailboxes rather than to the door, which is different from UPS. For future chocolate orders, we'd recommend selecting UPS at checkout, as it delivers directly to your door, and adding our Heat Protective packaging as an extra safeguard.
