I have purchased these rice crackers before and really liked them, but these were a little stale. They did not taste fresh.
Hi Sandra, thanks so much for the honest feedback, and sorry these particular crackers didn't taste as fresh as you're used to. That's not the experience we want, especially for a repeat customer. We're following up directly with you to sort this out — appreciate you letting us know!
Great tasting crackers and good value for the money.
