Walnut Coco Energy Balls

Try these nutritious and tasty cocoa walnut balls. These are packed with nutrition and simple ingredients. You can even make them keto friendly!

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 cup Mountain Man Walnuts
  • 2 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup. Use sugar free maple syrup if you want to make this Keto Friendly 
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil 
  • 10 pitted dates  

PREPARATION

  • Place the walnuts into a food processor and pulse until finely chopped 
  • Add the remainder of the ingredients and pulse until mixture forms a thick paste. 
  • Roll the mixture into balls and add additional coconut or cocoa powder if needed. Place in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
