Not fresh disappointed

The nuts seem to be old very disappointing

After review, the batch lot for your order was created in our chocolate kitchen within the last two months and our staff found them to be fresh. As such, we are unsure why your particular bag didn’t seem fresh to you, but we appreciate your feedback and request that you check your email for a personal note.

Terrible bought heat protection and items still melted

Somehow we missed seeing your review. If we had known that the heat sensitive shipping did not hold up and that your product was melted, we would have taken care of this much sooner. We have taken care of this privately, and hope that you will try again when the weather is cooler.
